CANCELATIONS: To cancel, the customer must call I Move Auto at (302) 268-9083 and notify I Move Auto via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
- I MOVE AUTO will refund the deposit if the auto transporter cancels or if the vehicle is not picked up within 5 business days of the estimated last load date due to the auto transporter delays or any reason.
- The customer must call the agent at I MOVE AUTO (302-268-9083) and request the refund. It takes 7-10 business days to process the refund.
- Customer should verify on his (her) statement the refund was completed. If the refund is not reflected on the account within the time established, the customer shall follow up with the agent. All refunds are returned to the original credit card.
